Who we are
This website belongs to V-Vastgoed, Lennert Verheggen, Kleistraat 17, 9190 Stekene, Belgium. VAT BE0673.509.503. You can reach us at info@v-vastgoed.be or on +32 485 70 14 43. We decide what happens with the personal data described on this page.
What we collect and why
When you send a request through the form on this website, we receive your name, your company if you fill it in, your email address, your phone number, the number of people, the home you are interested in, the period you need and your message. We also see from which page you sent the request.
We use that only to answer you and to arrange a rental. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
A request that does not lead to a rental is kept for one year at the most. If a rental follows, we keep the file for seven years, because Belgian bookkeeping rules ask us to. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we still have to keep it by law.
Who else sees it
- Combell, the Belgian company that hosts this website.
- Microsoft, because our mailbox runs on Microsoft 365.
- Google, for the visitor statistics and for the map in the location section, as described below.
Cookies
The website works without cookies. We only store two small things in your browser: the language you chose and the cookie choice you made.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the website and which pages they read. Those cookies are only placed after you press Accept in the cookie notice. Until then, measurement stays off. They are named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, and they expire after two years at the latest.
The map in the location section is loaded from Google Maps. Google can see your IP address when that map loads.
You can change your cookie choice whenever you want.
Your rights
You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Send a mail to info@v-vastgoed.be and we answer within thirty days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.
